Job Description
We are hiring for below position for Bangalore locationRole: PRECAST - Production Planning Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Work Timing: US Shift (5 PM TO 2 AM)
Exp: 3+ yearspreferably Immediate Joinees * Develop Production Schedule as per the project demand with taking the capacity of production facility in account.
- Punch in all SAP production and installation orders in to system on daily basis. maintain and produce the report to
- Collaboration with cross function departments like installation, Logistic, procurement, QS to ensure smooth production.
- Putting the plan of production into EBOS /Vollert system.
- Effective production, material and resource planning by talking to the counterpart in USA.
- Analyze the data, trend, bottle neck and work towards the improvement plan.
- Maintain CTB of Precast elements, raw material, tools and consumables.
- Raising PR/MRF for maintaining the inventory.
- Collecting details report for Factory team on ground on daily.
- Producing Daily, weekly and monthly report. Plan vs achieve.
- Proficiency in MSP, MS Excel, more than 3 yrs + Exp
- Proficiency in Planning and scheduling.
- Hands on knowledge on ERP/SAP
- Ability to work with team members and able to work under pressure in fast production environments.
