Key Responsibilities:

1: Classroom Management: Create a positive and engaging learning environment that stimulates the intellectual, social, and emotional development of young children.

2: Curriculum Implementation: Effectively implement the Cambridge curriculum, ensuring age-appropriate activities that enhance cognitive skills, creativity, and critical thinking.

3: Individualized Instruction: Tailor teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, recognizing the unique needs of each child.

4: Parent Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.

5: Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow educators and support staff to enhance the overall educational experience for preschoolers.

6: Safety and Well-being: Prioritize the safety and well-being of all students, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Previous experience working with preschool.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about early childhood education.

• Demonstrated commitment to giving 100% to the growth and development of preschoolers.
