Maintain 3 minutes of connected calls out of the targeted daily numbers.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of key executives and decision-makers in Zoho Sales CRM
Handle objections and address concerns to create a positive impression.
Work closely with Account Based Marketing to transfer qualified leads and opportunities.
Track and report on key performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality and the report should be fetched from Zoho Sales CRM.
Using Zoho Sales CRM update call status on daily basis.
