What You'll Do

Generate Sales:

Engage with potential pet parents via calls and chats, understanding their needs and converting them into customers.

Qualify & Close Leads:

Identify serious buyers, address their concerns, and drive them to make a purchase.

Educate & Persuade:

Provide expert guidance on pet options, pricing, and services, making sure customers feel confident in their decision.

Handle Objections:

Be a problem-solver, overcoming doubts and helping customers move forward with their pet adoption journey.

Hand Off to Post-Sales Team:

Once the sale is closed, smoothly transition customers to the post-sales team for further assistance.

Follow Up Like a Pro:

Some people need an extra nudge! Keep track of interested leads and ensure they don't slip away.

Maintain CRM & Reports:

Log all customer interactions, update lead status, and keep things organized.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

6 months to 3 years in pre-sales, telesales, business development, or a similar sales-focused role.

Sales & Negotiation Skills:

You know how to turn inquiries into sales with a smooth and convincing approach.

Communication Pro:

Confident speaker, active listener, and a natural at engaging with customers.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using CRM tools and sales software (or willing to learn).

Target-Oriented:

You love smashing sales goals and thrive in a high-energy environment.

Education:

Minimum high school diploma; college degree is a plus.

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
