Job Summary:
The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, providing detailed information about the company's projects and services, and converting leads into sales. This role involves client interaction, site visits, follow-ups, and demonstrating a deep understanding of the products and services to assist in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Interaction & Lead Conversion:
• Engage with leads through calls, emails, and meetings to convert inquiries into qualified sales opportunities. Ensure effective communication and maintain a customer-focused approach.
• Providing Project Details:
Clearly explain the company's offerings, including detailed project information, features, and benefits, to prospective clients. Tailor information based on customer needs and preferences.
• Convincing Clients for Site Visits:
Persuade potential clients to visit the project site, showcasing its value and answering any questions to help them make informed decisions.Perform timely follow-ups with leads and prospects to track progress, address concerns, and move them further along the sales pipeline.Demonstrate strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats to interact with clients, team members, and management effectively.Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS Excel for reporting, tracking leads, preparing presentations, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.Keep the customer relationship management (CRM) system updated with the latest lead and client information, ensuring smooth and organized tracking of interactions. • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales coordination, or customer service roles. Previous experience in the real estate or similar industry is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Excel.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in lead generation and sales processes.
• Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
• Knowledge of the real estate market.
