Role: Pre-Sales Executive
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about multiple projects and services using scripts.
•Good Knowledge about the Locations in Bangalore is preferable.
•Should be able to clarify customer doubts, about Project and company.
•Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pass on the same to Relationship Managers to close sales.
•Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
•Take and Process requirements and pass on the same in an accurate manner.
•Good in maintaining data base of customer, calls and sales on timely basis.
•Candidates should have good Knowledge/Experience in cold calling convincing skills.
Must Have:
•Graduate from a recognized Institute / University in any discipline.
•Strong Computer knowledge and can understand the basic software.
•Good presentation skills.
•Should be good in written and verbal communication with good knowledge and effective in using system with assigned software.
Good to have communication in Kannada, English, Hindi.
