Job Description

Job Title: Presales Executive Key Responsibilities: Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and pain points.
Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and prioritize opportunities. Product/Service Presentations: Develop and deliver engaging product or service presentations to potential clients.
Showcase the features and benefits of the offerings, addressing customer concerns effectively. Proposal Creation: Assist in creating proposals and quotes based on customer requirements.
Work closely with the sales team to customize proposals and ensure alignment with customer needs. Demonstrations and Proof of Concept: Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concept sessions to illustrate the functionality and value of the solutions.
Address technical queries and objections during the demonstration process. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to provide insights and feedback from customer interactions.
Participate in sales meetings and strategize on effective approaches for different prospects. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Provide input on product or service enhancements based on market feedback. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in presales, sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Technical aptitude to understand and effectively communicate complex product features.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits:
