Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales and technical teams to support pre-sales activities, engage with potential clients, and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that meet customer needs. As a Pre-Sales Associate, you will be responsible for researching customer requirements, preparing presentations, demonstrations, and assisting with the technical evaluation process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, business goals, and challenges.
• Assist in identifying customer needs and mapping them to the company's products or services.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops to potential customers.
• Create detailed proposals, presentations, and solution documentation, including technical specifications.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to provide valuable insights during the sales process.
• Support the sales team with customer meetings, answering technical questions, and providing insights into the product's capabilities.
• Assist with creating RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFIs (Requests for Information), and other sales collateral.
• Help with the qualification process by gathering technical and business requirements from potential clients.
• Work closely with the product and technical teams to stay up to date with product offerings and technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales activities.
• Ensure that the proposed solutions align with customer requirements and provide value.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 6months - 1years of experience in a pre-sales or technical support role, preferably in EdTech Industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Basic understanding of the company's products, solutions, and industry.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a technical sales environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
