Min 1+ year of experience in Lead generation / Business development / Sales / Marketing role.

Education: Any UG / PG - MBA's preferred
Language: Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• This is a Techno-Functional role and will require good understanding of the Business needs of the clients from Multiple Verticals.
• Strong experience in Pre-sales and Preferably IT Services or Products that require customization.
• Ability to understand the technical solution and make a judgement of how suitable it is for customer needs.
• Should be able to present the technical solution and talk about our Solution/Service offering to prospects and particularly the C-level or Higher management.
• Good communication and presentation skills are must.
• An Ideal candidate would have progressed from a Development / execution role to Pre-sales / sales support role.
• Complete Pre-Sales process, Support in preparing solution presentations, capability presentations, proposal writing, Reviewing Proposals.
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads (Insurance, Pharma, Retail Industry)
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
• Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
• Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
• Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Meet and/or exceed quotas
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
