We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Pre-Sales Associate

to support our RERA consulting division. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing them with timely information about our services, understanding their needs, and working closely with the Business Development team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with incoming leads and outbound prospects via phone, email, and meetings. Understand client requirements related to RERA registration, compliance, and documentation. Explain service offerings clearly, including RERA advisory, project registrations, extensions, and post-registration compliances. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and status. Assist in preparing service presentations, proposals, and introductory materials. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine our approach. Ensure timely follow-up and engagement to maximize lead conversion.

Qualifications:



Education:

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

1-3 years in pre-sales, tele calling, or service-based client engagement roles.

Skills:



Excellent communication and client interaction skills. Good understanding of service-based sales cycles is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is preferred. Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously with a customer-centric approach.
