We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in pre-sales activities within the Electrical, Mechanical, or IT-Telecom domain, with in-depth knowledge of RFP/BOQ preparation and a solid understanding of both active and passive infrastructure components.

•Key Responsibilities: •

• Pre-Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions. Prepare technical presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs. Address technical queries during pre-sales engagements.
• RFP and BOQ Management : Analyze RFPs and develop accurate and competitive Bill of Quantities (BOQs).Assist in drafting responses to technical sections of proposals.
• Technical Expertise : Provide insights into active components, such as routers, switches, firewalls, network racks, VPN, MPLS, and routing-switching protocols. Offer expertise in passive components, including transformers, cables, BMS (Building Management Systems), UPS, chillers, and HVAC systems.
• Procurement : Assist in sourcing and procurement of electrical, IT, and telecom equipment. Evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain procurement documentation and vendor databases.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions post-sale. Liaise with vendors and partners to gather the latest product and solution information.
• Market and Product Research : Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings. Conduct market research to support solution development and strategy.

•ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS •

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-4 years in Pre sales with knowledge of procurement processes.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

•SKILLS & JOB COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: •

• Proven pre-sales experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or IT-Telecom domains. Hands-on experience with RFPs and BOQs is essential.
• Proficient in active components (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, MPLS, etc.).Familiarity with passive components (e.g., transformers, BMS, UPS, HVAC systems, etc.).
• Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, HVAC design certifications, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience working with multinational clients or large-scale projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
