OverviewThe role of a Pre Primary Teacher is crucial in shaping the early educational experiences of young students. Based in Whitefield, Bangalore, the Pre Primary Teacher plays a vital role in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for children, laying the groundwork for their future academic and personal development.Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and engage young children
  • Develop and follow a curriculum that fosters the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of each student
  • Manage a classroom of diverse young learners with patience and understanding
  • Observe and evaluate each child\'s progress and provide feedback to parents
  • Communicate effectively with parents, informing them about their child\'s progress and behavior
  • Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order
  • Supervise children in the classroom, on the playground, and during other activities
  • Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders to provide the best learning experience for the students
  • Keep the classroom clean and organized
  • Identify behavioral problems and determine the best course of action
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
  • Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the school
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Pre Primary Teacher or similar role
  • Strong understanding of child development and best practices in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Patience and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • In-depth knowledge of classroom management and child psychology
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and tools
