Overview:The Pre Primary Teacher plays a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This role is essential in laying a strong foundation for the academic and socio-emotional development of children.Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum
• Creating a safe and supportive learning environment
• Assessing and monitoring children\'s progress
• Communicating with parents and caregivers
• Supervising outdoor and indoor activities
• Teaching basic skills, such as colors, shapes, letters, and numbers
• Providing individualized attention to children
• Collaborating with other teachers and staff
• Organizing and participating in events and activities
• Establishing and enforcing rules and routines

• Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Proven experience working with young children
• Familiarity with child development theories and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a classroom and provide a positive learning environment
• Patience and empathy towards young learners
• Knowledge of instructional methods and age-appropriate teaching techniques
• Certification in CPR and first aid
• Understanding of child psychology and behavior management
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues
• Proficient in using educational tools and technology

• Understanding of health and safety regulations for young children
