Assess students\' progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain records of their academic and behavioral development. Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive and stimulating learning environment. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and guardians, and maintain open communication channels to address any concerns or queries. Promote a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect among students and encourage their participation in various activities. Ensure the safety and well-being of the students at all times. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher, preferably in a CBSE school. Excellent understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children. Ability to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment. Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies. Proficiency in using educational technology and multimedia tools.
