Pre Primary Teacher
Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team at DPS Rajahmundry. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, a deep understanding of early childhood education, and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Foster a supportive and engaging classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess the development and progress of each child.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through creative play and structured activities.
• Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
Qualifications:
• Completed Montessori training or equivalent early childhood education certification.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching pre-primary or kindergarten children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and engage a classroom of young learners.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?216,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
