Position: Pre-Primary Teacher (female)

Location: Mysuru, India

Experience: 1-2 years

Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel safe and encouraged to learn.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans for young children.
• Foster social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development in children through play-based learning.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure the overall well-being of students.
• Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required.
• Keep abreast of current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations set forth by the school and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• 1-2 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or early childhood setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
