Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher / Coordinator

Location : Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Mohankheda Jain Tirth, Rajgarh (Dhar).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and dynamic Pre-Primary Teacher / Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for children in the early years, focusing on their emotional, social, and academic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities. Foster a love for learning through play-based education, hands-on activities, and interactive lessons.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pre-primary section, ensuring smooth functioning of the classes.
• Coordinate with other teachers and staff to ensure consistency in teaching methods and school routines.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the pre-primary curriculum in line with the standards. Incorporate various learning styles to cater to the individual needs of students.
• Address individual needs and challenges, including providing additional support to students with special requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child's development, achievements, and concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Nursery Teacher Training Certification or an equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a pre-primary or early childhood education setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and students.
• Experience in a residential school setting will be an advantage.
