Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field. A teaching certification for early childhood education is preferred.

Experience:

Prior experience working with young children, preferably in a pre-primary or early childhood setting.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create a warm, engaging, and educational environment. Patience, creativity, and a deep understanding of child development. Organizational skills for planning and managing classroom activities.

Work Environment:

Classroom-based environment, with opportunities to engage in outdoor and group activities. Collaboration with other educators, assistants, and staff members. Regular interaction with parents for updates and feedback.
