• Design and develop age-appropriate curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and teaching materials for pre-primary classes.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with educational standards and school goals.
• Implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning experiences.
Teacher Support and Supervision:
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to pre-primary teachers.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of pre-primary teaching staff.
Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
• Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate student progress and developmental milestones.
• Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate interventions.
• Communicate student progress to parents through regular meetings and progress reports.
Parent Communication and Engagement:
• Foster positive relationships with parents through effective communication and involvement in school activities.
• Organize parent workshops and orientation sessions to educate parents about the pre-primary program and child development.
• Address parent concerns and collaborate on strategies to support children's learning and development.
Classroom Management and Environment:
• Ensure that classrooms are organized, safe, and conducive to learning.
• Establish and maintain routines and procedures that promote positive behavior and social skills.
• Supervise classroom activities and ensure that instructional time is used effectively.
Resource Management:
• Manage resources, including instructional materials, equipment, and facilities, to support the pre-primary program.
• Monitor and maintain an inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring that they are in good condition and available when needed.
Professional Development and Networking:
• Stay updated on current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Attend workshops, conferences, and professional development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with other educators and organizations to share ideas and resources.
