Job Description
Qua- NTT/ ECCED Mandatory : The role reports to the Zonal Academic Manager and is responsible for the academic program this includes providing oversight, management and coaching to your team of teachers. In addition to regular classroom observations, the Academic Manager is responsible for leading trainings, inductions & assisting with lesson planning, with a variety of administrative duties. Someone who can motivate a team to provide fun, engaging and interactive learning experiences for their students. Key Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Support School in curriculum implementation & supervision \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure Quality lessons are being delivered to the students \xef\x82\xb7 Suggest strategies for improving efficiency & effectiveness \xef\x82\xb7 Planning and conducting teacher training programs at various centers. \xef\x82\xb7 Preparing teacher training reports \xef\x82\xb7 Forming a report of each participant based on their performance during teacher training. \xef\x82\xb7 Visiting centers\xe2\x80\x99 for quality audits and making a report for the same \xef\x82\xb7 Developed forms like quality check of centre\xe2\x80\x99, Audit, Teacher Training. Qualification & Requisite: \xef\x82\xb7 M.Ed / B.Ed / Post Graduate/ Graduate / \xef\x82\xb7 Willingness to travel to geographical locations. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 40,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month Schedule:
