Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Assess and evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and student learning outcomes.
• Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect and learning.
• Participate in professional development and training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
• Support the development of students' social and emotional well-being through guidance and mentorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• State certification or licensure in teaching; additional endorsements in subject areas is a plus.
• Proven experience in teaching, with a strong record of student achievement.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of current educational technologies and their application in the classroom.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement in teaching practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
