Job Description

The Prayer Intercessor is a spiritually mature individual called to stand in the gap for others through dedicated prayer. This role supports the mission of the Prayer Tower by fervently interceding for individuals. The intercessor partners with the Holy Spirit to usher in God's will through prayer, spiritual discernment, and obedience.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in daily intercessory prayer sessions at the Prayer Tower or designated prayer location. Pray for submitted prayer requests with compassion, confidentiality, and spiritual sensitivity. Participate in corporate prayer gatherings, fasting times, and special prayer initiatives. Maintain a spirit of humility, unity, and faith while interceding for individuals, leaders, and global issues. Record and document answered prayers or notable spiritual impressions as guided. Provide encouragement and scripture to individuals (if appropriate) in alignment with spiritual counsel. Attend periodic training, workshops, and spiritual retreats as required by leadership. Be available for emergency or special intercession needs, as the Spirit leads or as assigned.
