Role & responsibilities
• Should be able to understand company ethics and superior instructions thoroughly and not bypass or impede authority line.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to promote interior design services to potential clients individual Flat/House owner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, Community Managers, Association Presidents, Builders and Developers ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize fieldwork experience to identify and pursue business opportunities in Hardcore and B2C sales environments.
• Focus on targeting Real Estate Developers, Housing Society, Gated communities with experience in dealing with projects of various scales.
• Effectively present and communicate the interior design offerings to clients, emphasizing the unique value proposition of our company.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle and sell interior design solutions for Small, Medium, and Large-Scale Residential Realty Projects and business purposes.
• Maintain a smart and presentable appearance during client presentations and field activities, good talker and street-smart presence of mind.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensure timely day to day reporting and feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
• Bike/Car Compulsory and should have stayed in Kolkata or surroundings for last 6-7 years minimum.
