Assist in scheduling property viewings, meetings, and other appointments.- Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve any issues or complaints raised by clients or guests. Ensure that all concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from clients and guests to identify areas for improvement and ensure high levels of satisfaction.- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and administrative teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to client and guest relations.- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
