We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Manager- Influencer Marketing/Media Relations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, and online platforms to increase brand exposure and drive engagement. You will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with our clients\' brand vision and help them gain credibility and trust in their respective industry. Responsibilities Develop and execute influencer and media outreach campaigns that align with clients\' marketing goals and budget Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key influencers, media outlets, and online platforms to generate brand awareness and increase reach Manage influencer partnerships, negotiations, and contracts Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including social media, content, and graphic design, to integrate influencer and media campaigns seamlessly into broader marketing initiatives Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging influencer and media channels to identify new opportunities for brand exposure Create and deliver influencer and media reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance and ROI Drive PR strategies for Brand Catapult, including PR events, press releases, and media relations initiatives Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field 2-4 years of experience in PR, Influencer Marketing, or Media Relations Proven track record of developing and implementing successful influencer and media campaigns that drive engagement and increase brand exposure Experience managing influencer partnerships, negotiations, and contracts Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create compelling content for influencers and media outlets Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
