Roles & Responsibilities-

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Identify key audiences and craft targeted messaging strategies.

Media Relations :

• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets.
• Draft press releases, articles, and media kits.
• Coordinate and respond to media inquiries in a timely manner.

Brand Reputation Management :

• Monitor and analyze public perception of the organization.
• Address any crises or reputational issues with effective communication strategies.
• Act as a spokesperson when needed.

Content Creation :

• Write speeches, presentations, and other communication materials for senior executives.
• Oversee the production of newsletters, blogs, and social media content.

Event Management :

• Plan and coordinate press conferences, product launches, and public events.
• Ensure seamless event execution and media coverage.

Research and Analytics :

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Use analytics tools to measure the impact of PR campaigns and make data-driven improvements.

Collaboration :

• Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to ensure message consistency.
• Manage relationships with PR agencies or external consultants, if applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications-

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience : 3+ years of experience in PR or a related role.

Skills :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Crisis management and problem-solving expertise.
• Knowledge of media monitoring tools and analytics software.
• Creative thinking and storytelling capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with digital PR strategies and social media platforms.
• Proven success in high-profile PR campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
