Responsibilities

Writing target-audience-oriented media and press release materials
Adapting language, style, and tone to the type of audience we\xe2\x80\x99re targeting
Researching the business and industry to get a better understanding of it
Communicating with our clients to acquire information that will help you write convincing releases about their products or services
Reviewing news release request forms
Monitoring the publication of written articles to ensure the whole process is error-free
Developing and maintaining a productive working relationship with local media
Maintaining a relevant and updated media mailing list
Participating in meetings that track public relations activities
