Job Title: Public Relations Executive (PRE)

Job Summary:

The Public Relations Executive (PRE) at Mantra - by Maanavi Homes will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, institutions, and other influential partners. The primary goal is to increase brand visibility and awareness within the high-end home and office furnishing market. This role involves visiting potential clients and influencers, inviting them for personalized store visits, and organizing events that showcase the brand's product range and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management :
• Visit architects, interior designers, institutions, and other industry influencers to establish and maintain professional relationships.
• Identify potential clients and influencers within the high-end furnishing and interior design sector.
• Invite stakeholders for exclusive store visits, showcasing the entire product range.
• Follow up consistently to nurture long-term relationships.
• Event Coordination and Participation :
• Plan, organize, and manage events aimed at promoting Mantra's brand and product offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance visibility.
• Create partnerships with influencers, design institutions, and industry bodies to maximize outreach.
• Brand Representation :
• Represent the company professionally at events and client interactions.
• Communicate the brand's unique value proposition and product benefits to clients and partners.
• Prepare presentations, brochures, and other collateral for client and influencer interactions.
• Market Research and Intelligence :
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Provide feedback and insights to senior management regarding market needs and potential product development.
• Administrative Duties :
• Maintain a database of client and influencer contacts.
• Prepare regular reports on client visits, feedback, and event outcomes.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including invitations, venue setup, and follow-ups.
• Negative PR Management :
• Develop strategies for handling negative publicity.
• Respond promptly to PR crises to safeguard the company's reputation.

• Relationship Building : Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with industry professionals and influencers.
• Event Management : Experience in planning and executing events, including product demonstrations and networking opportunities.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey brand messaging effectively.
• Networking : Well-connected within the interior design, architectural, and furnishing industries.
• Presentation Skills : Ability to deliver compelling presentations that highlight Mantra's offerings.
• Customer Focus : Understanding of client needs within the high-end furnishings and interior design sectors.
• Self-Motivation : Proactive and driven to achieve targets and build brand visibility.
• Technical Skills : Good in Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in public relations, business development, or a client-facing role within the interior design, architecture, or luxury retail sector. Freshers with strong rapport-building skills will also be considered.
• Strong network in the architecture and interior design community is preferred.
• Knowledge of high-end furnishing products and trends is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
