- Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and promote key initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers.
- Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials to targeted media outlets.
- Organize and manage press events, product launches, and other PR activities.
- Monitor media coverage and track PR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Social Media, and Content, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Handle media inquiries and interview requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and news to identify PR opportunities and potential risks.
- Assist with crisis communication and reputation management as needed.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a PR role, preferably in Retail sector.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling press releases and other PR materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with media contacts and internal stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in media monitoring and PR measurement tools.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in PR campaigns.
- Experience with crisis communication and reputation management is a plus.
