Through our behaviours of telling it like it is, owning it now, and moving it forward together with care and integrity; we are creating an exceptional place to work for exceptional talent.Leading a team for expense accruals and reporting, financial accounting, month end closure, MIS reporting of the India entityReview of vendor payments, employee reimbursements and accountingPreparation of Financial Statement, finalisation of booksMonthly expense reporting, cost accruals and variance analysisWell verse with overall GST compliancePeriodic STPI and Customs reportingCoordination with Customs for shipment clearing requirements with respect to imports and STPI complianceCoordination with Insurance broker and data submission for renewal of property insurance policies on timeLiaising with internal business areas for expense accruals and monthly expense closureEnsure complete and accurate accounting of costs per functionLiaising with the auditors for respective areas of responsibilityProvide clarifications / information to the management on the Financial InformationEnsure operations of agreed financial controls including all relevant reconciliationsEnsuring payments of statutory dues within the set timelinesPlan and schedule work to meet deliverable time linesCo-ordinate and monitor process improvement initiatives for newly implemented Oracle Fusion ERPTo demonstrate a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and issues within the business area, alongside ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions and failures that ariseWe have a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture at M&G Global Services, regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, nationality, disability or long term condition, we are looking to attract, promote and retain exceptional people.
