About the Company

Nectar Lifesciences Limited is a research-driven, leading manufacturer of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), intermediates as well as Finished dosage forms offering largest segment of anti-infectives namely Cephalosporins. Nectar has proven to be a reliable CMO to global pharma innovators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet market demands.
• Inventory Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of raw materials and manage supplier performance.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze production and inventory data to forecast future needs and prepare regular reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in production planning and inventory control within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
