2) Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
3) Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
4) Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
5) Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
6) Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
7) Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Qualifications/Skills:
- 1+ year PPE sales experience required
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar sales role
- Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.
