About the Role:

Plastene India Limited is on the lookout for a meticulous PPC Executive to oversee loom planning in our units. The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise with 6 shuttle, 8 shuttle, 10 shuttle, and Sulzer looms and will play a crucial role in optimizing production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage loom planning schedules.
• Monitor and enhance loom performance.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality control teams.
• Analyze production data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of loom usage and outputs.
• Train and support loom operators.
• Collaborate with the supply chain for material availability.
• Prepare and present performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in textile production planning.
• Comprehensive knowledge of 6 shuttle, 8 shuttle, 10 shuttle, and Sulzer looms.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office.
