Job Title: PPC (Production Planning and Control) HeadLocation: Nalgonda, Hyderabad.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial) or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 9-10 years of experience in production planning and control within the PEB or construction industry.
- Develop and implement detailed production schedules and plans based on project requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and other stakeholders to understand project specifications and deadlines.
- Allocate resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Oversee and coordinate the production processes to ensure that PEB components are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor production activities and workflows to identify and resolve bottlenecks or delays.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and procedures throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to conduct inspections and address any quality issues promptly.
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements in the production workflow.
- Implement best practices and lean manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Work closely with the design, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of production plans.
- Communicate regularly with the PPC Manager/Director and other stakeholders to provide updates on production status and any issues.
