Job Title: Digital Marketer (Paid Ads Specialist)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer with a strong focus on paid advertising to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns across various platforms. While their primary expertise should be in paid ads, they should also have a basic understanding of SEO and other digital marketing disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize ad performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Create and optimize ad copy, images, and landing pages for better engagement and conversion.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.
Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure a holistic approach to digital marketing.
Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and progress to stakeholders.
Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad strategies and tactics.
Basic understanding and implementation of tracking tools like Google Analytics.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns.
Proficiency in using various advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
Basic understanding of SEO and other digital marketing channels.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications.
Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms.
