Job Title: PPC ManagerIndustry: UAV/AerospaceLocation: Noida, IndiaJob Type: Full TypeMinimum Qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related fieldExperience: Minimum of 8-9 years of experience in production planning and control.Roles and Responsibility:The PPC Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the end-to[1]end production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning,inventory control, and process optimization. They will lead a team of professionals to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining cost-effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource

utilization.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to forecast demand and plan

production schedules accordingly.

• Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.Optimize inventory turnover and carrying costs to align with company objectives.
• Continuously assess and improve production processes for efficiency and quality.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and other best practices to enhance productivity.
• Lead and motivate a team of production and planning professionals to achieve departmental and

organizational goals.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that products meet or exceed quality

standards.

• Implement measures to reduce defects and improve overall product quality.
• Optimize the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet

production targets.

• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness

of production processes.

• Provide regular reports to senior management on production performance and areas for

improvement.Skills Required:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is
• a plus.
• Minimum of 8-9 years of experience in production planning and control.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
