Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement PPC strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign planning.
  • Budget Management:
  • Set and manage advertising budgets for PPC campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize spending to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Ad Creation and Copywriting:
  • Create compelling ad copy and design effective ad creatives.
  • Ensure consistency between ad content and landing page content.
  • Keyword Management:
  • Build and manage keyword lists for PPC campaigns.
  • Conduct regular keyword analysis and adjust strategies based on performance.
  • Ad Placement and Targeting:
  • Select and manage ad placements across different platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media platforms, etc.).
  • Implement targeting strategies to reach the desired audience.
  • Bid Management:
  • Set and adjust bids to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Use bid management tools and strategies to optimize cost per click (CPC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Ad Testing and Optimization:
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad variations to identify the most effective elements.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.) to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for improvement.
  • Conversion Tracking:
  • Set up and monitor conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of campaigns in meeting business objectives.
  • Implement tracking pixels and codes to capture relevant data.
  • Competitor Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze competitor PPC strategies.
  • Identify opportunities and threats in the competitive landscape.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features in PPC platforms.
  • Apply emerging trends and best practices to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaboration with Other Teams:
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure alignment between PPC campaigns and overall marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with SEO teams to synchronize strategies.
  • Quality Score Improvement:
  • Implement strategies to improve Quality Scores in PPC platforms.
  • Optimize landing pages and ad relevance to enhance overall campaign performance.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence:
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies and guidelines set by platforms.
  • Stay informed about any changes in policies and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Client Communication (if in an agency setting):
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on campaign performance and discuss strategy adjustments.
