The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving measurable results. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to execute campaigns that align with our business goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
  • On-Page Optimization: Conduct thorough website audits, optimize content, meta tags, and URLs, and ensure that all on-page elements adhere to best practices for SEO.
  • Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential opportunities and guide content creation and optimization efforts.
  • Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that meets business objectives and aligns with keyword strategies.
  • PPC Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
  • Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bids, ad copy, and targeting to maximize ROI and achieve desired performance metrics.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on SEO and PPC performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and various PPC platforms.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to continuously improve the effectiveness of SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO and PPC trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital marketing landscape.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 5 years experience ideally in Digital Marketing or SEO / SEM within IT industry.
  • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO and PPC, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and achieve measurable results.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex strategies to stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications: Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
