Key Responsibilities :
• Campaign Management : Create, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Keyword Research : Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and build effective ad copy.
• Bid Management : Manage bids and budget allocations across platforms to ensure the best possible ROI.
• Performance Analysis : Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other reporting tools. Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Conversion Tracking : Set up and monitor conversion tracking to ensure accurate measurement of campaign effectiveness.
• A/B Testing : Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and keywords to maximize performance.
• Campaign Strategy : Collaborate with other marketing team members to align PPC campaigns with overall business goals and marketing strategies.
• Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, best practices, and platform updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience managing PPC campaigns (at least 2-3 years preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Strong understanding of PPC metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and ROI.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
• Proficiency in keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
