Job Summary:

Role:

As a Performance Marketing Executive, the role involves overseeing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. This includes managing digital advertising campaigns across various channels, optimising campaign performance, analysing data to derive insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximise campaign effectiveness and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels such as PPC, display, social media, and other marketing channels..
• Optimise campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid management to achieve targeted KPIs.
• Analyse campaign data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and product to ensure alignment and maximise campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements -

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Display & Video 360, etc.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, derive insights, and optimise performance.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience with bid management to optimise campaign ROI.
• Understanding of audience targeting and segmentation strategies to maximise campaign effectiveness.
• Ability to effectively communicate campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
