We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer to manage, execute, and optimize Google Ads , Facebook/Instagram Ads , and LinkedIn Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid advertising strategies, experience in optimizing for performance, and the ability to analyze data to improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads , Facebook/Instagram Ads , and LinkedIn Ads .
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and apply data-driven insights to improve campaign efficiency.
• Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports on ad performance and conversion rates .
Essential Skills :
• Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads , Facebook/Instagram Ads , and LinkedIn Ads .
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and PPC strategies .
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Ad Manager .
• Ability to manage budgets, optimize ad spend, and meet performance goals.
