.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products,
and maintaining an optimal balance between production capacity and customer demand.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and
• inventory levels to ensure on-time delivery of products to meet customer requirements
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to gather relevant information for accurate
• production planning by analysing production capacity and capabilities to ensure alignment with demand.
• Coordinate with different departments, including manufacturing, logistics, and quality control, to streamline
• production processes.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to make informed decisions regarding production adjustments to avoid
• overstock or stockouts.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth flow of information. Prepare and
• present regular reports on production performance, forecasting accuracy, and key metrics.
• Lead and mentor the PPC team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance and
• support in problem-solving and decision-making.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree within the textiles industry, with a track
• record of successfully optimizing production processes.
• In-depth knowledge of production planning software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
