Job Description

:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PPC Executive to support our production planning and control operations. The ideal candidate will assist in scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure timely delivery and efficient use of resources. This role is key to maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and forecasted demand. Coordinate with procurement, stores, and production teams to ensure material availability and resource allocation. Monitor work-in-progress and update job orders to reflect production status. Track production output, identify delays or bottlenecks, and escalate issues to the PPC Manager. Maintain accurate production data in ERP or MIS systems. Generate and analyze reports on production performance, inventory levels, and material usage. Support inventory control by helping track raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Collaborate with quality control, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Production, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning concepts. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems . Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
