Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Developing PPC strategies based on client objectives and business goals.
• Researching target audiences, competitors, and market trends to align campaign goals.
• Recommending platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) for ad placements.
• Conducting detailed keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Identifying high-conversion, low-cost-per-click keywords.
• Organizing keywords into campaigns and ad groups.
• Writing compelling ad copies for search, display, or social media ads.
• Collaborating with designers to create high-quality banners and visuals.
• A/B testing ad variations to find the most effective messaging and creatives.
• Setting up and managing PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitoring campaign performance, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and quality scores.
• Ensuring campaigns are delivering within budget and on schedule.
• Adjusting bids to maximize ROI while staying within budget constraints.
• Implementing automated bidding strategies where applicable.
• Analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads reports, or other third-party tools.
• Preparing detailed performance reports with key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
• Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting actionable changes.
• Continuously optimizing campaigns for better performance.
• Identifying negative keywords to prevent budget wastage.
• Improving quality scores by refining ad copy, targeting, and landing pages.
• Managing daily, weekly, and monthly budgets for campaigns.
• Setting up audience targeting options, such as demographic, geographic, and behavioral targeting.
• Using remarketing strategies to re-engage previous website visitors.
• Working closely with content, design, and SEO teams to align ad content with overall marketing strategies.
• Coordinating with clients to understand their objectives and providing regular updates on campaign performance.
• Running A/B tests for ad copies, landing pages, and bid strategies.
• Testing new features or tools offered by advertising platforms.
Skills Required for a PPC Executive
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in PPC platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and keyword planners.
• Creativity for writing compelling ad copies and designing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
