Job Title:

PPC Executive (Production Planning and Control)

Job Summary:

The PPC Executive will manage production planning, material coordination, and communication between various departments to ensure efficient operations. Key responsibilities include preparing Bills of Material (BOM), handling multiple inquiries, monitoring material usage, and ensuring timely production and delivery in line with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Inquiry Coordination:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer inquiries and material requirements.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to gather complete greenhouse specifications, accessory needs, and customer preferences for accurate material calculation.

2. Material Quantity Calculation:

• Prepare detailed material lists for pipes, accessories, and design components to support planning and quotations. Verify Bills of Material (BOM) for customer inquiries to ensure the accuracy of material details.

3. Post-Order Responsibilities:

• Once an order is confirmed, provide complete material details to the PPC Manager.
• Create material lists, and identify which items need to be purchased and which require outsourcing for job work.
• Assist with material procurement and follow up on production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitor material usage to minimize waste during production.

4. Coordination and Reporting:

• Work closely with the Sales, PPC, and Procurement teams to ensure material availability and production timelines are met.
• Maintain accurate records of BOMs, production schedules, and post-order follow-ups.
• Generate regular reports on material calculations, pending tasks, and production progress.

5. Managing Multiple Inquiries:

• Handle multiple tasks and inquiries, prioritizing them effectively to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

6. Post-Order Execution:

• Track material usage and ensure post-order activities align with production needs.
• Monitor progress and ensure the availability of materials for timely production and delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills to calculate material requirements and monitor production progress.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage inquiries and collaborate effectively with various departments.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Working experience in cad software

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing or production planning.
• Understanding of inventory management, procurement processes, and material coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
