About the Role: Plastene India Limited is on the lookout for a meticulous PPC Executive to oversee loom planning in our units. The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise with 6 shuttle, 8 shuttle, 10 shuttle, and Sulzer looms and will play a crucial role in optimizing production schedules. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage loom planning schedules.
- Monitor and enhance loom performance.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality control teams.
- Analyze production data and adjust plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of loom usage and outputs.
- Train and support loom operators.
- Collaborate with the supply chain for material availability.
- Prepare and present performance reports.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in textile production planning.
- Comprehensive knowledge of 6 shuttle, 8 shuttle, 10 shuttle, and Sulzer looms.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office.
- Day shift
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
