PPC & Dispatch (Production, Planning & Control)

Desired Qualification:

Plastic Processing engineer, CIPET or equivalent

10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Injection moulding processing

Vast knowledge of All electric Injection moulding machine

Thin wall moulding and In Mould moulding experience

Fast Cycling moulding knowledge

Total Years of Experience: 6+ years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Execution of Production plan as per the business Plan.

Coordinate with maintenance Department with Machine production plan to facilitate Preventive Maintenance Schedule.

Communicating with Maintenance department on daily basis to keep the machine in good condition to achieve targeted OEE and NEE.

Ensure implementation of GMP and reduction in machine down time.

Targeted wastage reduction.

Cost saving proposals and implementation of the same.

Effective process control and analysis to achieve Process Stability

Effective production balancing, reduction of regrind material generation, & effective utilization of regrinding material, if generated.

Ensure cleanliness of machinery and 5S on production shop floor.

Responsible for safety of humans and machinery of the concern area.

Issuance and reconciliation of Material (RM,MB, Packing Material) as per Job Order.

Daily monitoring and clearance of Hold Material and reduction of hold percentage on monthly basis.

Maintain KPI of respective Technology

Essential Skills:

- Plastic injection moulding processes
- Injection moulding machines and tooling
- Thermoplastics raw materials
- Well versed with handling of injection moulding machines of reputed manufacturers
- Experience of handling injection moulding production shopfloor and handling operators
- Ability to organize, optimize and prioritize resources (material & human)
- Experience of assembly of injection moulded parts
- Knowledge of moulding / manufacturing of thermosets will be an added advantage
- Knowledge about Quality systems, e.g., ISO 9001, etc
