Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented PowerPoint Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging presentations that effectively communicate our message to various audiences. This role requires a blend of graphic design skills, storytelling ability, and technical proficiency in PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Develop Presentations: Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations that align with brand guidelines and meet the specific needs of various departments, including marketing, sales, and executive leadership.

Visual Storytelling: Transform complex data and concepts into visually appealing and easy-to-understand slides using infographics, charts, and other graphical elements.

Template Creation and Maintenance: Develop and maintain a library of presentation templates and assets that ensure consistency and efficiency in presentation development.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with content creators, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into the presentation design process.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all presentations adhere to brand standards and guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all materials.

Quality Control: Review and proofread presentations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output.

Software Proficiency: Utilize advanced features of PowerPoint and other design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to enhance presentations and create custom graphics as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in presentation design or a similar role. Experience in a corporate setting is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with advanced knowledge of its features and functionalities. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred.

Design Skills: Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.

Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free work.

Creativity: Ability to think creatively and propose innovative design solutions.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with motion graphics and animation.

Familiarity with data visualization techniques.

Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
