Your Role As a Marketing Coordinator, you will manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels. Please note that your responsibilities need not be limited to the expressed activities only; we value flexibility and proactive contributions. Key Responsibilities: * Internal Communications:

• Distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and updates using newly created SharePoint site.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather and share relevant information.
• Maintain SharePoint and VIVA channels to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information.
• Execute internal communication plans and measure their impact on employee engagement and information flow.

• Middle-of-Funnel Marketing Execution:

• Implement strategies to engage and nurture potential customers in the middle of the sales funnel.
• Participate in meetings with the marketing team to support in creation of targeted campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize middle-of-funnel strategies using advanced analytical tools providing detailed reports and actionable insights

• WhatsApp Messaging Portal Support:

• Manage and optimize the WhatsApp messaging platform for customer engagement.
• Assist in development and scheduling of content for WhatsApp communication.
• Monitor and channelise customer inquiries through the portal to C4C/CRM
• Execute and analyze A/B testing for Whatsapp campaigns and implement data driven improvements to enhance engagement and conversion rates

• Content Design:

• Support in creating compelling content for various communication channels like email, WhatsApp and internal platforms like ShowPad.
• Work with graphic designers to produce visually appealing materials.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Implement and manage content strategies ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives and track performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness

• Event Logistics Support:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing and internal events, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
• Coordinate event logistics, such as planning & purchase of giveaways and print materials and ensuring they reach on time at the location.
• Take full ownership of event planning and execution including managing budgets, co-ordinating with vendors and conducting post events analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement

• Dealer Branding and Audits:

• Support dealer branding initiatives by providing necessary materials and guidance.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure brand consistency across dealer locations.
• Gather feedback from dealers to improve branding efforts.

• Public Relations Support:

• Follow-up with our PR agency on the press release and ensure adequate releases for the articles.
• Assist in follow-up with the media houses to gain media coverage.

• Budget Management:

• Assist in tracking and managing the marketing budget.
• Ensure cost-effective use of resources and adherence to budget constraints.

9. Additional Responsibilities:

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing communications.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance marketing strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Assist with other marketing projects and tasks as needed.

To succeed, you will need Educational Requirements & Skills: - Bachelor degree in maketing communication/public relations/ business.
