Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Operate and monitor 20T power press machine equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures \xc2\xb7 Set up and configure machines for production runs, ensuring precision and accuracy in the machining process \xc2\xb7 Conduct routine maintenance inspections of machinery, identify potential issues, and perform necessary adjustments for production optimization \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals and meet quality standards \xc2\xb7 Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and tooling required for machine operations \xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity \xc2\xb7 Adhere to strict quality control measures to ensure the production of components meets the requested standards Technical Skills: \xc2\xb7 Proficient in operating and programming power press machinery for large-scale manufacturing components \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of machining processes, including punching, blanking, cutting, notching, bending \xc2\xb7 Experience with die-fitting, removing, and overall maintenance \xc2\xb7 Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers and Gauges \xc2\xb7 Understanding of materials used in manufacturing processes and their machining characteristics Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred \xc2\xb7 2-4 years of proven experience as a machine operator in a precision machining environment \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with vertical power press machining and handling \xc2\xb7 Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required \xc2\xb7 Understanding of workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb99,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 per month Schedule:
